    Meditation, I find, can be extremely comforting to calm the busy mind. It’s not like you go into a total blackout sitting in an empty room. Rather, you allow the neurons to pause, breath and reconnect to senses – that experience as a whole can be very uplifting in a very subtle way. Given the current pandemic crisis, I’m pretty sure we’re all stressed out about job security and personal safety. Why not take this time to learn some online meditation to gain a more positive outlook on things? $97 per course is quite affordable considering how much experts actually charge on a 1-to-1 session.

    When I was younger, I thought meditation would never work at all and was just for spiritual gurus.  As time went on and my depression and anxiety worsened, I was able to take part in some guided meditation courses and I couldn’t believe how much they helped.  They are no way a quick cure.  They are something that must be practiced every day and the more often you practice the easier it becomes.  I am now a firm believer.  I would love to find out about the different kinds of meditations that MYM offers.  It would allow me to pick and choose what would be best for me.
